What this website collects

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not build visitor profiles. The enquiry form is assembled in your browser and opens your own email client; nothing typed into it is transmitted to or stored by us unless you choose to send the resulting email.

Standard server request logs may be retained by our hosting provider for security and operational purposes. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the request necessary to serve them.

Information you send us

If you email us, we hold your message and contact details for the purpose of responding and, where an engagement follows, administering it. We ask only for what is needed to route and answer an enquiry.

We do not sell, rent or share enquiry information with third parties for marketing, and we do not add enquirers to a mailing list without a specific request.

Client information during engagements

Information shared during an engagement is governed by the confidentiality terms of that engagement's contract, agreed in writing before work begins. Please do not send commercially sensitive, personnel or trade-secret material through a first enquiry.

Your requests

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will respond directly.
