The firm
An operations practice, run at the size of the work.
Cadence Industrial is an independent advisory practice working on manufacturing operations. It is deliberately narrow: four connected practice areas, four operating environments, and no ambition to advise every industry on everything.
What the practice is
Manufacturing operations reward attention rather than novelty. Most of the capacity a plant is missing is not hidden behind a new technology; it is sitting in a queue, in a changeover, in a scheduling rule nobody wrote down, or in a management routine that stopped noticing exceptions.
This practice exists to work on those questions with the people who run the plant, in engagements small enough to stay honest about what has actually been established. Work is delivered on site, with the client's own operations and finance leads inside the analysis rather than receiving it.
How engagements are staffed
Engagements are staffed at the size the work requires, and we will tell you who will be on site before the engagement is agreed. We do not list a bench of consultants on this website, and we do not present people as available to your project unless they are.
What is not published here
You will not find client logos, case studies, quantified results, awards, rankings, certifications or partnership badges on this site. That is not modesty about our standards of evidence. It is the standard itself. Anything published as proof will name a real client, with written permission, and state the method behind any figure attached to it. Until that exists, its absence is the accurate representation.
